Municipal Corporation Faisalabad Upgrades Regulation Wing with New Uniforms, Patrol Bikes; Conducts Citywide Flag March

FAISALABAD: Nov 6 (Digital Itla) — Municipal Corporation Faisalabad has significantly upgraded its Regulation Wing by equipping field staff with new uniforms, heavy machinery, and dedicated patrolling motorcycles to enhance civic services and combat illegal encroachments across the city, officials said on Friday.

Deputy Commissioner and Administrator Municipal Corporation Faisalabad, Muhammad Noman Siddique, inspected the newly provided uniforms, equipment, and patrol bikes. Addressing the field staff, DC Siddique emphasized that resolving public grievances swiftly and eliminating roadside encroachments remain top administrative priorities, warning that negligence in official duties will not be tolerated.

Following the inspection, Chief Officer Municipal Corporation Usman Ghani led a citywide flag march featuring the newly deployed patrol units. Addressing the staff, the Chief Officer instructed personnel to remain continuously active in the field. The flag march commenced from the Municipal Corporation Office and passed through Mall Road, Chenab Club Chowk, Bilal Road, Jail Road, UAF Chowk, DC Office Road, and Commissioner House Road before concluding back at the head office.
