Suthra Punjab Program: DC Faisalabad Muhammad Noman Siddique Chairs High-Level Review Meeting

Faisalabad: October 27 (DIGITAL ITLA) — Deputy Commissioner Faisalabad, Muhammad Noman Siddique, chaired a high-level review meeting to monitor the implementation and progress of the "Suthra Punjab Program" across the district. The meeting comprehensively evaluated waste collection, sanitation field operations, and cleanliness drives in urban as well as rural areas.

During the meeting, officials from the Faisalabad Waste Management Company and local administrative officers briefed the Deputy Commissioner on daily door-to-door waste collection, drainage cleaning, and the deployment of field staff. DC Muhammad Noman Siddique directed all Assistant Commissioners to personally inspect field operations daily to achieve a zero-waste environment.

Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Noman Siddique stated that fulfilling the vision of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif for a clean and healthy environment under the "Suthra Punjab" initiative is a top governance priority. He stressed that zero tolerance would be observed regarding administrative negligence, and prompt resolution of public sanitation complaints must be ensured.
