Faisalabad: October 29 (DIGITAL ITLA) — Faisalabad Police intensified their ongoing crackdown against narcotics and illegal liquor sellers, arresting a bootlegger and seizing a large consignment of liquor within the limits of Sadar Police Station.
According to police details, a team led by SHO Sadar Faisalabad Mohammad Ali conducted a targeted operation and successfully apprehended the suspect, identified as Turab Raza. During the search, police recovered 300 bottles (paunday) of liquor from his possession. Police confiscated the contraband, registered a case against the accused, and initiated further investigation to trace his accomplices and map out the supply network.
Praising the operational team, CPO Faisalabad affirmed that the crackdown against drug peddlers and bootleggers will continue indiscriminately across the district. He reiterated that criminals involved in the illegal liquor trade will not escape the law and will face strict legal consequences.
