Faisalabad: October 27 (DIGITAL ITLA) — Acting on the strict orders of City Police Officer (CPO) Tanveer Hussain, Faisalabad Police arrested a reckless driver involved in a fatal hit-and-run accident that claimed two lives and left one critically injured.

According to details, the accused driver, Ali Imran, was driving a speed-wagon recklessly near Al-Shifa Hospital when he hit three motorcyclists. As a result of the collision, Tayyab and Faizan died on the spot, while Ibrahim sustained severe injuries. Following the incident, SHO Sadar Police Station, Muhammad Ali, launched a swift operation and successfully arrested the fleeing driver.

Speaking on the matter, CPO Tanveer Hussain emphasized that no leniency would be shown to drivers who display negligence and endanger public lives. He assured that the arrested driver would face strict legal consequences, reiterating that enforcement of law and the safety of human lives remain the top priority of Faisalabad Police.
