FAISALABAD: Nov 5 (Digital Itla) — Municipal Corporation Faisalabad launched a major anti-encroachment drive under the supervision of Chief Officer Usman Ghani, targeting Satiana Road, Saleemi Chowk, and Toll Tax Chowk, officials said on Thursday.
During the enforcement operation, emergency teams impounded roadside encroachments and deposited the confiscated goods into the Municipal Corporation warehouse. Furthermore, authorities sealed six shops at Toll Tax Chowk for severe encroachment violations.
Chief Officer Usman Ghani personally inspected the site and verified structural maps and building permits for under-construction shops along the route, reiterating that illegal structures and road obstructions will not be tolerated.
