England Defeats Croatia 4-2

(Digital Itla) Driven by captain Harry Kane's excellent form and two brilliant goals, England defeated Croatia 4-2 in their opening match of the Football World Cup. In the match played in Texas, England maintained the upper hand over Croatia throughout the game. England opened the scoring in the 12th minute when captain Harry Kane successfully converted a penalty into the net.

In the 36th minute, Croatia's Martin equalized the score, but just six minutes later, Harry Kane scored again to restore England's lead. A few seconds before the end of the first half, Peter Musa scored for Croatia, bringing the score to a 2-2 tie, which concluded the first half. In the second half, the English team maintained pressure on Croatia, resulting in Jude Bellingham scoring in the 47th minute and Rashford finding the net in the 85th minute, sealing a 4-2 victory for their team as the match ended with this scoreline.
