British Parliament Pays Rich Tribute to Pakistan for Diplomatic Success in Securing Ceasefire

(Digital Itla) The British Parliament also acknowledges Pakistan's diplomatic success, as a rich tribute was paid in the House of Lords for its role in establishing peace. The British Parliament praised the role of Pakistan and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in the US-Iran ceasefire efforts. During a debate in the British Parliament's House of Lords, Pakistan's constructive role in peace efforts and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif's diplomatic endeavors were fully appreciated. Several members praised Pakistan's positive role in defusing tensions in the region and moving dialogue forward. Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon paid tribute to Pakistan's services and said he was certain that the Minister and all members present in the House would acknowledge Pakistan's vital role. He stated, "Many thanks to Pakistan, and thanks also to Qatar, due to whose effective assistance we have reached this point." Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon said in Urdu: "Pakistan ka bahut bahut shukriya" (Thank you very much, Pakistan).
