05 June 2026

(Digital Itla) Security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in the Panjgur district of Balochistan, killing 6 Indian-backed Khawarij (terrorists). According to the ISPR, the operation was carried out following reports of the presence of Indian-sponsored terrorists, during which multiple hideouts were raided.

Weapons, ammunition, IEDs, and a vehicle were recovered from the slain terrorists, who belonged to 'Fitna-al-Hindustan' and were involved in numerous terrorist activities. The ISPR added that clearance operations are ongoing to eliminate any remaining Indian-sponsored elements in the area. Pakistan's security forces and law enforcement agencies will continue their relentless campaign against terrorism at full pace under the approved vision of 'Azm-e-Istehkam' by the Federal Apex Committee on National Action Plan. Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif paid tribute to the security forces for neutralizing the terrorists, stating that the forces sent those who harm innocent Pakistani citizens to hell, and reaffirmed the government's absolute commitment to eradicating terrorism from the country.
