Security Forces Kill 17 Terrorists in Balochistan Operations: ISPR

(Digital Itla) According to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), security forces conducted intelligence-based operations in Mastung, Nushki, Zehri, Khuzdar, and Kech districts of Balochistan following the train accident that occurred on May 24, 2026.

• The Crackdown: During intense exchanges of fire, security personnel neutralized 17 terrorists belonging to the foreign-sponsored Fitna-al-Hindustan, dealing a severe blow to active terror networks in the region.

• Recoveries: Security forces recovered a large cache of weapons, ammunition, improvised explosive devices (IEDs), and bomb-making materials from the hideouts.

• Ongoing Operations: The neutralized terrorists were linked to major acts of terrorism in Balochistan. Sanitization operations are currently underway to entirely eliminate remaining threats under the Azm-e-Istehkam vision.
