FAISALABAD: October 26 (Digital Itla): Faisalabad Police have arrested five individuals for violating the Sound System Act by playing music at high volumes during a wedding function and causing public nuisance.
According to details, SHO Satiana Police Station Ghulam Abbas Shah, along with his team, responded to complaints regarding loud music disrupting the peace of the neighborhood. Police raided the venue and apprehended five suspects identified as Danish, Rayan, Usman, Muhammad Sohail, and Habib.
The suspects were causing extreme disturbance to local residents by playing high-decibel music on loudspeakers late into the night. Police have initiated legal action and registered a case against all five individuals.
CPO Faisalabad affirmed that violations of the law, unauthorized use of sound amplifiers, and disruptions to public peace will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
