TOBA TEK SINGH: Nov 5 (Digital Itla) — District Police Officer (DPO) Toba Tek Singh has ordered the immediate arrest and suspension of an Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) and a constable after they allegedly opened fire on three young laborers in the Rajana area, officials said on Thursday.
The victims—identified as Muhammad Ahmad, Abdullah, and Ubaidullah—were returning home from work when police personnel opened fire on them. Victims claimed they identified themselves as peaceful laborers, yet the officers shot at them, leaving Muhammad Ahmad in critical condition with severe arm injuries.
