Daska TikToker Stampede: Death Toll Rises to Two as Injured Youth Succumbs in Lahore

Daska / Sialkot / Faisalabad: November 1, 2026 (DIGITAL ITLA) — The death toll from the deadly stampede at TikToker "Mr. Patlu's" Mehendi event in Daska has risen to two, following the demise of another critically injured youth in Lahore.

According to police sources, the deceased has been identified as Rehan Arshad, a resident of Glotian Mor near Daska, who was severely injured during the chaos. Due to his critical condition, he was shifted to a specialized hospital in Lahore, where he succumbed to his injuries during treatment. Earlier, 30-year-old Aqeel had lost his life on the spot, bringing the total casualties to two.

A police spokesperson confirmed that 18 individuals were injured during the overcrowding at the sports stadium. Motra Police Station has registered a criminal case against the key event organizers and armed guards present at the venue. Law enforcement authorities have launched targeted operations to arrest the nominated suspects and establish accountability for the security lapses.
